I like to do it a little differently so that I am in control of the mixture. The car is 1991 SPG with the 2.4 LH. 30# injectors with 300 ohm resistor to cure the overboost. Fuel pressure regulator is 2.5 bar. Fuel for max power is supplied by four 24# injectors mounted in the intake, one for each runner. The extra injectors are controlled by a menue drive injector drive with built in map sensor. It has adjustments at every 0.1 bar and every 500rpm. It allows we to taylor my fuel as and when I please. I had just installed a front mount intercooler and run a mixture test last night. Before the intercooler change I had it adjusted to a flat 12.5 A/F.
After the intercooler change the exhaust manifold back pressure dropped 5psi and the mixture above 4500rpm went lean down to 13.3 A/F. All I had to do was plug more fuel in a 4500rpm, 5000rpm 5500rpm and 6000rpm. To do this all I had to do was push a couple of buttons and brought it back to where I want it.
