Thanks for the math lesson. I should have left well enough alone. I know My btm does not have an offset above 0. I tested that first. When i used my tire pump with check valve and guage yesterday, and I swear, based on the readings I was taking that with #1)- I was getting down to 9 degrees retard at 15 psi not 16 which was baffling me. So I set the btm there and took it for a ride, and it would not run worth hell at high boost. Your math makes all the sense in the world now and is much appreciated. My guage or my readings must be screwed up.
I just changed the btm to .6 and the car is screaming once again.
So back to my last? Is it best to have all retard coming in before 12 psi( set dawes here as opposed to 15 or higher)?
