I always planned to get the subframe brace, but I didn’t like the Abbott version...
anyone remember the F-Racing "X" brace? I thought that was cool. Anyhow I was
buying all the VRK parts individually and never got around to the subframe brace.

I stopped spending money on the ng900 because for me it doesn't pay back performance
wise (like similar $ in a c900).

For Example: The chassis was the first big hurdle, and after I got that mostly dialed
in (VRK, springs, SAS rear bar, new strut mounts, new wheels and sticky tires),
I realized the brakes are not up to race-type abuse. No problem, I think. So I threw
a bunch of money at it (near-race pads and cross-drilled cyro-treated rotors and SS lines
and removed brake shields Motul RBF600 fluid) and the pedal still sank to the floor after
4-5 hot laps. On top of that the ABS is set to a very low slip threshold, which is not
conducive to getting 100% braking power.

Maybe you can exceed what I have done…I gave up and went back to my c900! If I was
still working on the newgen, I would buy the Koni adjustable shocks, lightweight wheels
and race rubber, make some brake cooling ducts, and get some real race pads -- the kind
that eat rotors for breakfast. And there is one more bushing up front that should be PU –
the inner bushing on the lateral control arms (ie, the most forward bushing to the subframe).
