Try 1/2 gallon of 50:50 T&X. That will take you from 92 octane to 93 estimated octane. Seems to help with my 03 Aero.
Put a small amount of T&X in your plastic container. See if it melts etc. If the container seems stable, rub where it has soaked to see if the surface gets sticky or gummy. You don't want any pastic in the fuel. Polyethelene (PE or HDPE) or polypropylene (PP) should be fine.
I have been using 50:50 off and on at 1/2G in 18 gallons. The plugs and gaps as posted will work fine. I am still suspicious that the wider gaps don't have any noticeable benefits, and that this might be because the RFG-II low volitility fuels here are something that Dr. Boost did not have to accomodate in his 300HP dyno tests where the 7ES+.041" combo yielded more power than smaller gaps.
If 1/2 gallon helps and 1.0 gallon does not appear any better, then this would indicate that you need a 93 octane fuel. (In Kansas city, most premium fuels are 91 octane, Amoco has 92 octane.)
