Don't see any greater boost levels using more than 1/2 to 1 gal to the 12gal tank in my 919K. I also put a splash of 2cycle oil in for extra flavor. I put the toluene in a quart empty metal Outlaw cans,(someone else left these in my garage, really officer), and pour it in using a long funnel like you would use to put auto trans fluid in. No way would I leave this stuff in a plastic container in the garage, the water heater and boiler are in there also. A quart of this stuff, or just plain gas poured out on a garage flour would blow the place to smitherines. Don't chance it.
Don't forget you have to do some adaptation runs to let the ECU know it can run a little wilder this way.
