Sounds like a good plan.
Would you mind posting your progress as your project continues?
I've been thinking AIC for a long time now, and the 5th cold start injector seems like a good idea, well, much cheaper idea ( :
How do you plan on plugging up the existing cold start injector hole?
Also, would a standard pressure switch work as well or better than the existing overboost switch? This way you could set the pressure that turns the system on to whatever you want. Just more tunability I guess.
Also- have you thought about trying different (aftermarket or higher flow rate OEM) injectors instead of the stock one? What is the stock one rated at? I'm thinking if you were to up that injector to say an 80#/hr it might work alot better. All comes down to tuning though.
