Some numbers; something ain't right with this car

At idle, 5th injector off, O2 swings quickly between 0.1-0.7v.
At a solid 12 PSI (maintained w/brakes), injector off, either 3000 or 3500RPM depending on gear, I'm getting 0.04-0.05v steady! What is wrong here? I'm still in closed loop, right? With a 3 bar regulator (confirmed solid 60 PSI fuel pressure on boost), and I'm that lean??
When the 5th injector is turned on, I get 0.88-0.9v, as expected. However, unlike the last time I tried turning the injector on @ idle, today, if the car didn't stall, it was unable to idle normally -- struggled/fluctuated. Also, it took over 30 seconds for the idle to recover after I turned the injector off. Idle was near normal but with a fast flutter. Last time, when I turned the injector off, idle would jump a few hundred RPMs, then settle back down to normal in just a few seconds.
Last, @ 5000 RPM w/no load, I was getting all sorts of readings -- so the replacement TPS I put in the other day turned out to have 35ohms of resistance @ WOT. Guess I'll buy a brand new one this time.
So forget the 5th injector for now and ignore the bad TPS; why is Jetronic giving me such a lean mixture @ max stock boost with some extra fuel pressure? If sensor reads so lean, or AMM giving BS voltage, why isn't Jetronic taking care of it? Are they both bad??
