Yes, I remember you & your car. If you want another, that 99t is still sitting there @ Moe's. And I'd definitely be interested in checking out a wideband sensor :-)
When/if I get everything sorted out, I'll post some pics. The fuel line is, truly, bolt-on -- double banjo bolt from Audi 5000 fits in the c900 fuel rail, and the fuel line (also Audi) is a nice stainless-braid piece. I inserted the injector directly into the rubber coupling between the intercooler and pipe that connects to the TB. it's basically a pressure fit (no drilling required; just poke a small hole with an awl), but I held it in place with 2 screw-drive clamps. Wiring is courtesy of existing 5th injector plug. Master switch is unused foglight switch; Saab pressure switch lives behind lower cubby w/easy access to adjust.
