I have done just as you suggest as far as recording the pressure based on time and boost. I have the exact number in a lap top at the shop. Will post that for you.
The issue with most all pumps is that the max volume goes down as pressure goes up. From memory at 15psi the fuel pressure was 67psi at 26psi boost and 6000rpm the pressure was 65psi with a RRFPR. This can most likey be rectified by using a boost-a-pump voltage stepup device. Kenny Bell sells on as do a couple of other people. This device increase pump voltage as rpm goes up.
As for idle and moderate loads that can be correct with a little fine tuning. Is your distributor advance/retard stock?
I do have about 25 recorded test runs,if there is any combinations that might fit your needs just ask. Every thing is based on time, boost, egt, rpm, air fuel ratio, fuel injector duty cycle, water injection duty cycle, turbo discharge temp, intercooler discharge temp, intake manifold temp,fuel pressure and exhasut manifold back pressure. If you are ever in the KC area come by and take a look.
