2.1l head swapped now high idle ~2200, any thoughts?

Here's the setup:
88 900t
24# FMS injectors
3 bar FPR
18 degrees of timing at idle
2.1l head and intake
2.0l cams, idle control, TB, AMM, etc
Brad's mod. ignition advance diaphragm
I just turned the key tonight for the first time and after some gross timing moves she fired up and really high idle. I turned the timing back to 18 degrees, where it was before the head swap. The idle dropped a little but is still screaming away at about 2200. I reset the idle screw as per Bently and no change. I tried popping off a few vacuum lines to see if it made a difference and not much change. I unplugged the IAC and no change. I did clean the TB and IAC while re-assmbling things. Am I way to rich with the 3 bar? I ran the 2.0l head this way without issues. Do I need to tweak the AMM? I'm stumped and could use any advice.
Thanks guys,
Chad B
