Basically the T7 works as we all know as airmass controlled systems.
In the ECU there are several maps, about 1000 or so to be exact that control the system. Under WOT ECU will calculate the needed airmass for that given rpm and load based on ECU mappings and limitations, like gear restrictions and other restrictions that limit airmass. ECU will then choose the lowest value. After this thorttle and turbo control will adjust the airmass flow in a way that the ECU's asked value is achieved.
So as the conditions alter so will boost. In my previous post you will see that the boost is about 0.2 bar higher when temp goes up 25deg C in order for the ECU to fulfill the set airmass.

Now when the car is modified ECU's playroom will also be smaller, because the turbo already pretty much "maxed" out in normal conditions. Boost can not raise for ever to gurantee that the set airmass is achieved, due to turbos capsity, intake airtemp and knock. In the above picture you will also see that boost is the same in higher rpm registry despite the temp difference (airmass). In this area the engine will not achieve the ECU set airmass resulting in power drop. I did not have a TECH hooked to my car during that run so I dont know if ECU stepped of boost or was the turbo not up for the job. Usually if ECU steps of boost it will drop to baseboost for a moment and that did not happen, so I would imagine that the turbos capasity was used up.

The first run resulted 290Ps/510Nm
and the second 283Ps/505Nm
