So what measures the temp? Soley the IAT? The reason I ask is that you could very easily measure the resistance and voltage values from the IAT signal wires at that temp , and adding the correct resistors could duplicate that signal all the time(hence making a very cheap ECU upgrade netting alittle more boost) Also has anybody discovered the switch for the tranny which tells the ecu what gear you are in. There has to be a physical switch somewhere, thus fooling it to thinking you are in 3rd gear, should not be that hard.
