the first BPC is probably sticky (reason for pre ignition & irratic boost)the second if it leaks is probably defective you should return it & get another parts often including ECUs & whatnot will have diferent appearances but work the same there are 3 types of 2.2 LH circuit boards 2.4s seem the same & all the 2.42s Ive seen seem the same too
your chips or ECUs werent dammaged by vcum hose routing but Id look at realys,injectors,IAC,& anything else driven by the ECU,shorts in actuators (anything actuated by the ECU) can fry transistors in ECUs
I dont know about why the DIAPC boxes are diferent just use the one that wrks
try cranking up the base boost a bit & see if you can get a bit more
also sometimes the pressure transducer will fail & cause low or high boost
you can get over 200WHP I promise :-)
why do we all put so much $$ into our cars we love them :-)
