That's one fine looking 9000. Sorry you're having trouble. Do you do all the work? If so, nice work. I'm wondering if you were able to tell that you somehow lost HP leading up to the dyno testing. In other words, 132 HP is considerably less than what the stock engine produces. That would surely be noticable, especially if the loss happened suddenly after one of the mods. When I went from an 8V turbo engine to a stock 16VT upgrade, I noticed the improvement difference. I'm sure I would have noticed the step down in HP if the engine change was reversed.
Temporarily pressurizing the crankcase, while not good for obvious reasons, I don't see how that would effect performance once the check valve was back in place.
My thinking is to approach it logically. First use whatever component configuration you know does work, meaning what will produce the expected HP. I'd go so far as to put back in place the stock fuel delivery set-up, injectors, non-altered ECU, APC, distributor and all. Even with a ported head, cam work, larger turbo, the HP response should be just at or above stock. Certainly not less than stock. Then go up from there.
Don't know which IC you have. If stock, then a good cleaning out might be in order. An IC in general will collect oil and gunk on it's interior surfaces, but because those tubes inside the 9K IC are so thin, a large "cleansing" volume of air can't flow through easily, which makes it easy for a film of oil and gunk to settle on the interior surfaces. Flushing it with solvent a number of times, plus rigging up a blow through system with compressed air while suspending it in a way so as to drain any remaining solvent and oil is the only way.
I know first hand about the filmy gunk because I dismembered a 9K IC not long ago to rebuild the end tanks for a custom front mounting. I also discovered that even after flushing with solvent and blowing with compressed air, a gunky film remained - as seen by holding the exposed interior up to a light source. So I rigged up a stiff wire that could hold a piece of cloth to run it through as if cleaning out a gun barrel. In fact, I used gun cleaning cloth squares plus carb cleaner (lacquer thinner) as the solvent. I have no idea how long that thorough cleaning will last until a film returns. Just how much does that film effect IC efficiency? I don't know. I plan on flushing it as thoroughly as possible once a year.
