It would be great if the system could be programmed, to turn on the rad fan(s) when getting on boost, when at lower speeds and when the outside temps were above a given temperature. Or controlled by the intake air temp sensor, or when A/C has been running. With the 9-5 IC behind the A/C condensor, this would really help.

When getting on boost, the feature where the ECU is signaled a moment earlier to increase power to deal with increased A/C compressor and fan electical loads would not be needed with such throttle settings. The way the system will start fans on low befor hitting high speed are probably also not required when on throttle and on a boost pressure threshold.

One could cobble up an external system to do this, but when it could be cleanly implemented/integrated in software, that would be the best solution.

Mostly DICE coding I expect.

inputs needed or avialable for logic:
A/C compressor on|off
intake air temp
boost pressure
vehicle speed
engine temp
current base fan motor status off|low|high

I don't know if the current system does, or could be ECU or DICE controlled to shed alternator loads when on boost the same way the A/C compressor loads are dumped. With software integration, the durations of alternator load shedding could be limited to keep the system voltages up.
