De-tune before sale or sell as is?

I'm debating selling my 88 900T and am wondering if anyone de-tuned back to stock before selling or just sell as is? I'm not sure there would be enough value locally in the performance items or would it more than likely scare away potential buyers. I wouldn't swap the head/intake back to stock but I could pull the Al. flywheel, APC, air filter, FPR, injectors and sell them seperately. I've kept all my stock parts so there would be no cost in going back to stock, just some time installing.
What have you guys done in the past?
Thanks,
Chad B
