Hey Jak,
I'm keeping the 92 9kt in the family, it's going to elisia's mom and here 90 900 dog is going to parts....I'm going to put it on base boost so she doesn't get in trouble, do you think it's okay to run less octane? I've only run 93, but she doesn't care much for performance and would rather buy cheaper gas than go faster. Also how does one fix a 'dirty' knock sensor...i suspect the 92's isn't in great shape, but I thought replaces was the only option...
Is should be taking delivery of my (edited: I can't use the contraction of the two companies responsible for this vehicle) this saturday if all goes well...I already have a short shifter and shift rod bushings for it and a K&N panel filter...I plan to keep the factory intake, but eliminate the silencer box with a smooth pipe adapter, cut some of the weather stripping to allow more direct flow to the intake scoop and add a plate to direct more air to it....well that's at least for the first week I have to car...
Later,
Chad
