at base boost I think crapy fuel is Ok there is a low & hi octane fuel map in the 2.42 LH ECU as well as a couple for each function in the DIAPC anyway so with stock chips it would sort it out anyway just not run as well
Ive been boning up on the 92X ECU stratagies & may buy software & hardware to tune these cars
on gavins car it was actualy the conector on the KS that was dirty so I removed it & cleaned the contacts in the plug & sensor
& what we did all & all is line up the software, cams & turbo to all work together he had high RPM cams which dident work well down low where the turbo wanted to work so the car pulled between like 3-4KRPM & that was it so we got everything to work down low optimizing for his stock injectors & turbo
his DIAPC chip had a corupted file on it so a few phone calls to frank in sweden had him emailing me bin files for his DIAPC which I burned onto chips & pluged into his car & drove than reported back to frank verbaly what happened & what we wanted till we got it rite took like 3 reburns
(DIAPC are scrambed files that I cant yet work with) I can use franks DIAPC chip & do custom ECU mapping but we opted for a matched SQR fuel chip to save time & expense so he got a one of a kind custom fuel & DIAPC program from sweden
when gavin gets on a dyno he can gather RPM & AF & I can corect fueling if needed at that point
you all take care
