Swedish Dynamics offers either 24# or 30# injectors. The 24's have blue tops and the 30's have red tops. I believe they are rated at their output according to a 2.5 bar fuel pressure regulator. You don't mention changing out the stock fuel pressure regulator to a 2.8 or 3.0 bar unit. The 24# injectors should be no problem using the stock 2.5 bar regulator. However, the 30# might have a too rich condition at idle and lower rpms causing the car to bog down until you get the revs and boost up sufficiently to use all that extra fuel. Change the adjustable AMM voltage output to compensate for all the extra fuel if using the 30# injectors and go back to the stock 2.5 bar fuel pressure regulator if not already using it. By the way, the "red box" apc upgrade is fairly moderate, most people get a new unit from a reputable aftermarket source like swedish dynamics or tweek their own stock unit themselves. You can probably get more performance than just what the "red box" unit offers. But that will not fix your current issue, just thought I'd mention it...
