This is assuming the T25 on your car is the same as the one on my 91 2.3; the centerline of the turbine outlet is offcenter from the axis of the turbine wheel, and they (Forced) cannot, at least with their milling machine, enlarge the exhaust side to fit a bigger turbine wheel. So what they talked me into was machining out the compressor side and fitting an 18T mitsu wheel, and on other side, ( oh jeez, I don't even want to say it for all the flaming it is going to cause) clipping the turbine 10 degrees. BTW the turbine wheel on a stock T25 is bigger than that of the Mitsu on a Aero, so you will have gobs of flow. Do a search for "18T"
I assume the turbo you're looking at is a T3/T4 60, so compare the CFM charts, it seems like a lotta work for 5CFM at max.
All the negative stuff on this board about T25's is bogus, this thing holds 20psi to over 5500. Like I said earlier, give them a call, talk to Robert, I also asked a few other guys, like Turbochargers.com. This is what these guys do all day long.
Come ski Purgatory on wed, its only $10, I'll take you for a ride.
