I've been playing with T5 for quite some time in my SPG, and found that the software is constantly adjusting and adapting to conditions. Specifically regarding hardware changes, some things that should have a massive effect do nothing (moving the Crank Position Sensor +/-10 degrees) and other basic changes really throw it for a loop (high lift cams). In some cases a change would yeild an immediate improvement, but after a week or two of driving it just fades away...
Regarding adaptation I'm sure that T7 is the same, probably even MORE adaptable. This means that your dyno gains may not be long lived, as the system learns to reduce boost pressure and throttle position to get the required torque (mass air flow). I would be interested to see another dyno run in a couple weeks/months from now.
At the very least, the new hardware has created a more efficient system so as Dean says, you will always have benefits of reduced temperatures, quicker turbo spoolup, so the motor and turbo will experience less stress to produce the same power.
