Bearings are associated with upper mounts, not struts. KYB upper mounts come with bearings, but you should not use these, clean and inspect the old bearings and repack them and use if you can. Saab upper mounts do not come with bearings, those are extra $.
With lower springs, the shocks must be stiffer to control impacts in the lesser strut travel that remains. Lower springs with lower shocks are really a bad idea. And run of the mill shocks with lower springs might be bad too. So perhaps KYB struts are a bad idea with lower springs.
When you lower the springs, the ride will suffer as the springs have to be stiffer to work within the reduced vertical travel. With that reduced vertical travel, you will be hitting or riding on the bump stops more often. You can hack the end of the bump stop off at the narrow waist to make it shorter. This also gives the shocks more stroke distance to dampen motion before hitting the stops. With reduced suspension travel, when you hit or ride on the stops, any further impact on the tire, with its lower sidewall, puts the rim at risk for getting bent. Got pot holes?
And some have cracked their oil pans from lack of clearance, some stock as well. Weak shocks probably plays a part in some of that.
Inspect the ball joint boots to make sure that they are not needing to be replaced, you can get those.
