Based on the archives, I was waiting for that GM :-)

Seriously though, does anyone know what the story is with the ES100's? I hear some people say they are harsh due to very stiff sidewall. I hear others say they are very sloppy (slow to set) due to soft sidewall.

If you go to the spec sheet on yokohamatires (link below) there is a line where they talk about "Steel Sidewall Inserts" and note that these are "not available in all sizes." Anyone have any idea what sizes do or don't have these reinforcements to the sidewall? Any chance that is the explanation for the split reviews on these?
