Hello Jon, haven't talked to you for a while! We finally gave up on our Finger Lakes location and are just now finishing up a new shop out here right next to Lesco where we'll have the room to do all of our R&D much more efficiently. We either recommend a RRFPR or a custom fuel chip depending on the level of performance wanted but not both together. A properly mapped fuel chip for your application would also do what Brad's "resistor over ride in the airmass meter" trick does so I wouldn't add any more variables right now. I would ask SD what their chip is designed to work with as far as the rest of the fuel system and go from there. We use custom fuel chips by jakstollperformance.com as we have so many different combinations that it's not a one fits all situation for us. JAK doesn't like to see variables in a fuel system such as an adjustable fuel pressure regulator for fear that it could be improperly set (without a wide band air/fuel ratio setup) or we would just change your G-9 RRFPR up as an adjustable one to one unit. Also our latest version has an adjustable rise in rate so we could update yours to see if that would help your rough spot but for now I would go with either a 2.5 or 3.0 bar one to one depending on what SD says? We have lots of '89 up C-900T customers with our RRFPR and 30# injectors that make good power as smooth as can be and still get great mileage. Take care, Dave
