Anything you can do to increase flow and reduce heat in a turbo car is going to yield more power more often. Also don't buy into the claim that putting a 3" downpipe on the car without stage 3 software is dangerous. My stage 1/2 software is 100 times happier with a 3" downpipe and cat back now than it was with the stock DP and exhaust. IMO there is no such thing as stage 2 when a cat back is the only difference. Stage 1 should be software, stage 2 should be a full exhaust with software and stage 3 should be full exhaust and intercooler upgrade with software. Who came up with this stuff anyway? lol
