Like Ed states, 10-20 who can be gained with these headers & it will usually allow the turbo to spool up 500-1000 RPM's sooner
One of the other plusses with these headers is it allows you to change the timing by quite a bot which according to Fast Enough is good for 20+HP by itself
With the heat, I had mine jet-hot coated & unfortunantly some of the coating is flaking off, going to have to take it back after SOC. The coating will allow the header to be over 150 degrees cooler then a stainless header however like state heat is still a issue. I melted my poloy a-arm bushing with only a few street miles (several hrs of dyno time as well) thus I have some spherical bearings to eliminate that from happening. If you are going to use the stock bushings or poly, MAKE A HEAT SHIELD!!!!!!!!
Not sure what Jon sells his for, I can get them for about $800
