easy. it's obvious that you are harboring some bent up frustration. personal insults to me get you nowhere; unless this is a testosterone battle like a fight after school, and you just threw the last punch. or you feel that your knowledge is so much more than mine and have an urge to proove it. it is not my intention to continue flinging insults in hopes that i can top what ever you may come up with. my comments are merely noting a common chord that exists in your posts. in many of the posts where you respond to questions or comments about transmissions and shifters, you throw in a little jab about your trannies and shifters. yeah, it is free advertising and it is good marketing. however, i thought that was for the classified board. at any rate, i do remember reading a post (as do others i have spoken with) concerning transmissions. it was written by a guy in sweden and was posted here from an email, and i thought it was jorgen. he mentioned something to the effect that the 4 speeds were not being built to take abuse, and would fail as any other if they were treated that way. in my mind, this says that they aren't all that different than the 5 speeds. any transmission, if beaten to hell, will fail. people just need to come with grips that more power requires more control. you can't just go out stomping on it all the time. it will break, no matter where it is built. again, this is just my opinion. and as anyone else here is entitled to their own, i am entitled to mine. i did not feel as though i was directly attacking you personally, nor do i think my previous post implies that. i am only attempting to comment on what i recall. (you do notice that i did not use any "!"'s, all caps words, or rude comments)
