i'd use shockproof heavyweight. it is a 75 weight equiv. and is made to help with gear to gear contact as well as problem trannies. check the redline website.
it comes highly recommended by several folks. it has not been a common post here. expect with any 75 weight gear type oil that for the first 2 miles during cold weather driving shifting will be sluggish, after that you're golden. i've talked to Erikkson about it. Not sure where scanwest is on it.
