3 nuts in total, one each under the hood 10mm and are found on the firewall outside the engine compartment, on the drivers left, below the fuse box, on the right in the corresponding place. The third is in the center, it's a strange combo of screw and nut that holds the center console in place.
I'm sure others will have more info.
BTW, when I did this on my 86 900s I had to follow specific directions because the old cruise didn't have a TIP control on it and the new one does.
