It's impossible to say over cyberspace if it is a good deal or not.
Just the bumper skin alone for the rear is $520.00. Then you have the installation and painting. Under the bumper skin is a foam cushion and aluminum rail that might have been damaged??????
You say in the beginning that you want a "good" body shop, not a cheap one.
When it comes to body work it is an ocean and a universe between good and cheap (or even low cost).
The body shop you took it to and that are so far the only once that looked at your car (except you) might have seen that some of the crumble zones has been affected and needs to be pulled out after the bumper is removed.
A low cost body shop might not bother to pull the sheet metal and just fix it half decent.
It might be to far away from you but I have a body shop next door to me that do fenomenal work (he is not cheap) but the results are amazing.
