Yes if all keys are lost you need to install a new TWICE computer that comes with a chip to open it up for programming and also order two new keys cut to the car. The TWICE ECU is around $800.00 and each complete key with remote is probably around $200.00 and then you have about 2-3 of hours to pull the driver seat, replace the TWICE ECU and program keys. Not quite $2000.00 though as they estimated. That is why I ask all my 9-3 and 9-5 customers if they have spare keys or if the key they give me is the last one. As long as you have one good key that starts the car, you can always program new ones. But when the last one is lost, you are out of luck. Anders
