That offer $349 for the base auto is pretty good, no darn good. The down side is 10k for the Audi vs 12k for the Saab lease, and a 25 cent penalty for the Audi vs only 20 cents for the Saab.
Saab's not the far off the mark though, a little more rate subvention, down to "triple zero" something and Saab will surpass the Audi lease. It's only the first program period of the Saab lease and it takes Saab/SFSC awhile to get rolling.
Now we have to find out if the Audi lease isn't actually "brain death", which is to say sometimes, and this includes Saab, they advertise a car nobody has. Everything availible has metallic paint or premium package or something like that.
From what I've seen, Audi has a better knack for packaging the options than Saab does, at least for my tastes.
The Saab 2.0T continues to be a little more motor than even the new VW/Audi 2.0T and the Saab handles better when comparing FWD. I prefer the Saab handling to the Quattros, lighter, less heavy, more nimble, but a Quattro is a sweet and confindence inspiring car too.
