Pokeyjoe, the only type of paint that would leave a color on your buffing "rag" would be non-clearcoated paint. I can 100% guarantee that all Saab paint jobs as of today are of the clearcoated variety. In fact, I can't think of ANY car company that doesn't use a clearcoat.
Non-clearcoated cars, when waxed, would transfer old, oxidized paint onto the applicator, but cars with clearcoats do not, unless you've somehow managed to polish through the clearcoat, usually only possible by bad rotary technique.
