I would not just try it as you may have a tank full of trouble.
Ethanol has a lot less energy of combustion than gasoline! So the O2 sensors and ECU will work together to increase fuel flows by a large amount (adaption). This increase of fueling above its adaption basline can be expected to create an adaption CEL as the ECU sees that something is wrong. And you will also be using a lot more fuel! So the costs will be insane. The high alcholol will also reduce the lubricity of the fuel which might mean a low service life for the fuel pump.
An engine that is fully design for alchohol or propane, should have a high compression ratio to take advantage of the high octante rating of those fuels. The moderate compression ration in turbo charged gasoling engines is really not a good setup.
Alchohols contain oxygen, but so does water. Alchohols can be clasified as partially oxidized hydrocarbons. So thing of these as already partly burn and having about 1/2 of the energy of combustion of gasolines. So that is lower energy density and higher fuel consumption to support any given engine load.
