I bought a Saab 93 in April 2004 from the exclusive Saab dealer in Amman-Jordan. I have been having problems with the remote control system ever since. The dealer tried to fix it a few times but all in vain. He insists that Saab made it that way but of course I'm not convinced. I also have a couple of other problems which my Saab dealer doesn't know how to fix!!
Please let me know where to go from here and how can I send this complaint to Saab's customer service at the head office in Sweden? I'm desperate!!
