It's a CPO '03 9-3. Oil changes aren't covered, even with my extended warranty.
The only reason I thought about the reset was that the SID "Service Info" button basically refers to the oil chnage, and nothing else.
I know when I'm gonna hit a major interval at 60K -- I just look at the odometer. But what harm is there in having the dealer make sure that they're customer has an accurate setting reflecting the oil change?
To the contrary, it would show the dealer (and others looking up the vehicles VIN history if I ever re-sell) that it's been well-cared for by the owner & dealer.
