The handle you use to pull the door shut needs to be split opn. Look underneath and you'll see a spot to insert a screwdriver. It seems like you might break it, but it will come apart. Inside are two torx bolts rather deeply set. Remove them. The panel will now come off like most doors. starting at the outside edge, insert a wide, flat object (I like to use a putty knife) between the door card and the metal part of the door. Pry and pop the card off as you work your way around the door. Once loose, lift it free of the top of the door.
There is no need to disconnect any of the wires or the door latch mechanism. Just rotate the card 90° and set it on the ground. You'll have easy access to the speaker.
