I am looking for some advice regarding my rear brakes / rotors. I have 29,000 miles on the car, and the rear brakes are almost ready for replacement. I am really getting tired of cleaning black brake dust off my rear rims every few days. The front brakes are in great shape, and produce very little dust. Does anyone have any suggestions about which brand of rear pads (and rotors) that I should go with? I see that Akebono offers "Euro-Ceramic" rear pads, and they claim that they produce less dust. Does anyone have any experience with these pads? I know that many Saab owners have gone with EBC Greenstuff rear pads, but I have read comments that they also produce a lot of brake dust. I am thinking of going with the Brembo rotors (292 mm). Any positive experiences out there with aftermarket brakes? Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.
