Hi, Mark, if you do a search on this board you will find posts about some electrical issues, windows, some interior surfaces degrading, cabin fan, brakes, etc. It appears some 2003 and early 2004 models were especially affected. However, possibly everything was handled during the warranty period for that particular car. I have an '04 ARC, manual transmission, purchased used in 2005. I absolutely love this car, and have had very few issues with it. Really my only disappointment is that it is kind of rattley, over bumps and such, noisier than our '97 and '99, actually. But the handling, the ride, the mileage, the response.... all great. Enjoy!!
