I've had the same problem on the same door over the years. I disconnect the cable connector on the door, wait a few seconds and reconnect. Be careful when you disconnect, the connector is plastic and there is a tab you need to release. There is a bit of a trick to it and don't force anything.
Once I did that, the problem went away for a long time. I've had to do it 3 or 4 times over the past 6 years. I guess it resets the lock somehow.
Really weird. I'm not keen on bringing the car in and have it ripped apart to fix this annoyance.
