Why is it that I purchased a second Saab?? Even though the first one had nothing but problems and I got rid of it as fast as I could.. My newer 03 Arc is fun to drive and looks better than any American made that I know of.. However, Saabs are very needy cars and let you know it every chance they get. The reason I question my buying another is that there seems to be this on going problem with mine..I think it is not happy unless it creates a problem at least once a month and breaks my bank.. Now my sid says Gearbox malfunction and has limited performance,, But the car drives normal and shifts through all the gears and is not in limp mode as the manual states.. Seems to drive perfect with no wierdness:-) But MAN,, I think I will get rid of this one too and stay with the Volvos.. I believe I know why Saab will not be around for much longer.. Sweet ass cars when they work,, Pile of junk when they don't and if most out there are like mine,, Thats 75% of the time.. I should go play the lotto, i would have a better chance of having something nice happen to me for once,, Oh wait,, I would probably go but a Turbo X if I won :-)
