One standard question when a new customer gives me the key to the car is; do you have a working spare?
Some do, many don't. I inform them about the hazard and cost of only having one key and amazingly enough, almost everyone asks me to order and program a spare for their car.
The 9-3 Sport Sedan is actually a little bit easier to deal with than the older 9-3/9-5 since you can have a new key in stock and it fit all cars. The only thing you need to order is the key shank if they want that as a back up and to make the key look whole.
