03 Wiper Motor Issues

I have an 03 SS where the wiper motor would quit completely after an automatic car wash or nasty rainstorm. Anyway, it was diagnosed as a bad ground, fixed and the problem went away.
Last week my wife was out, got hit with a nasty rainstorm, and the wipers quit again, stuck at 45 degrees. She physically pushed them back to rest position. Now, nothing works, I just hear a humming from the wiper motor and that's it. No washers, no wipers, nothing.
Washers don't work either (windshield or headlight), I suspect the wiper motor is blown?
Any ideas?
