Front Caliper Question

On my son's 2003 9-3SS Arc, had a loud clunk from the front caliper. I removed the wheel and to my amazement, one of the bolts that holds the two pieces of the caliper together was missing. Does anyone know the part number for this bolt? In all my years I have never seen anything like this. Also it doesn't appear from removing the reamining bolt that any locktite was used from the factory, is this correct?
Thanks
Steve
