When your dealer installed new calipers and pads did they replace or at least resurface the rotors at the same time? If not, the new pads have worn into the old grooves on the rotors and will cause the same vibration/harmonic you were experiencing prior. The OE Saab pads have a nice backing plate on them to help prevent this noise. When installing new pads, rotors much always be measured for thickness to see if there is enough material to resurface and if not, replace the rotors.
