What are your symptoms at this time? If the motor is running when the car is off, it tells me the wire harness is fine, and you just need a new controller (mounted on the blower motor behind the glove box. If you are not getting any movement of the blower, try this:

1)Open the hood
2)On the passenger side under the windshiled wiper, remove the plastic vent
3)Remove the climate conrol air filter
4)Reach in with a scredriver and try to turn the fan to see if it frees up (might help to have the climate control on high fan)

If this works, the controller and wiring harness is fine - might need a new blower motor OR something was jammed in it and you just unjammed it.
