I just did this yesterday on my 05 93 ARC Vert. Unlike the rear brakes, you must remove the front brake bracket. This requires a E20 external torx socket. I looked all over town for one without luck. NAPA lists one in their catalog and it was in stock in the regional warehouse, but went forward using a 1/2" drive 12 point 11/16" socket. These suckers are the only part that is hard, because they have Loctite on the threads and the torque figure 155 ft lbs plus 30 degrees. I needed a breaker bar plus a pipe extension to loosen. I was lucky that the rotors had been done in the past so they did not reaapply the thread lock and one loose the came off easily.
The other tools you need are allen wrench socket, 7mm I think. This is for the 2 pin bolts on the caliper. They get tightened to 21 ft lbs. You also need a smaller allen , I used a torx socket, for the single locating bolt on the rotor.
You need a "C" clamp, about a 6" to 8" size to retract the piston. A pair of pliers helps with the spring clip replacement, I used a flat bladed screwdriver to remove it. Jack and jack stands are of course required.
Taking my time, including paing the calipers, the whole job took 3 hours. I could have done another one (w/o paint) once all the tools etc were out in an hour. (if I had to , I guess )
