So I bought a 2003 9-3 Linear that has the works (drivers package, launch package, etc) it was a wreck punched in the snoot. Knocked out bumper, left xenon, rad support, left fender, left inner fender fuse box was mangled. I've repaired all the sheet metal components, however my SID has an orray of messages for me. stability control failure, traction control failure, headlight leveling unit failure, SAAB immobilizer failure contact dealer, and airbag light. The airbags did not deploy and the hit was high, cleared the impact bar, sensors etc. With the new xenons in I turned the key on, they fire up but the radio is very distorted. There were no breaks in the wiring harness, and the fuse box was plug and play however somewhere something electricly is not correct. I brought it to this guy on LI (must be trailered) and he is supposedly an electrical guru, but hasnt touched it for 6 weeks other than plugging into it once with a knock off scanner and saying he couldnt get into the main body computer.

Any ideas where to go?
Even if I bought a numbers matching ECU, it would still have to be divorced and married to the car correct incase it was shorted?

What is the yellow button on the positive batt terminal?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Again, it is a 2003 9-3 Linear. I am located on Long Island, NY originally from Maine. Would LOVE to get the car to Conntech in RI, but trying to limit hauling the car all over the world.
