Hey Frank-
B+ is reference to battery +, or 12 volt supply. Simply, look for 12 volts being output from the control pack.
Since you have a MCC the control pack is not mounted directly to the blower motor as the ACC units are. The control pack for your vehicle is slid into the air distribution housing (airflow to cool the pack). which actually makes it easier to check for voltage. To check on yours just pull the harness from the blower unit and check for 12 volts. If you end up needing to replace the resistor pack follow the harness back to the unit.
