Handbrake Fix Screw Types

I have a 2003 9-3 SS with the poorly designed handbrake mechanism that fails (1%?). I have the technical service bulletin and I'm able to do the work to fix it but I need to find the screws to use for the fix. They are SAAB part numbers
79 63 937 (x1)
79 75 535 (x1)
Does anyone know what size and thread these are? I have a full set of taps and dies and access to a machine shop if I need to make a custom screw, but I'm not within 100 miles of a dealer.
I'd assume them to be black oxide torx head cap screws, but I may be wrong. Can anyone please provide a description of the type of screw, M diameter, and thread pitch? Thanks,
Brendan
